The Tambellini Group seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan and execute digital marketing initiatives including webinars, content marketing campaigns, marketing analytics, website optimization and audits, SEO link building, keyword strategy, and other SEO initiatives to meet target marketing goals.


  • Partner closely with a cross-functional team to support development of new marketing efforts in SEO, SEM, email, social media, blogs, and outside content development
  • Develop cohesive, compelling SEO strategies that guide the development & content processes
  • Collaborate with management to build a holistic search approach that aligns with business objectives and drives sustainable growth
  • Identify, establish and promote SEO guidelines, best practices and standards to increase organic SEO
  • Maintain proficient level of understanding of new industry trends, guidelines, and algorithms applicable to a narrowly-defined market
  • Provide website guidance, structure, and keyword strategy to optimize contextual query results
  • Manage webinar strategy, content, development, and production
  • Manage campaigns using Act-On to increase revenue


  • Candidate should have a background in SEO/SEM, content strategy, and data-driven marketing
  • Proven record of results, experience in B2B digital marketing strongly preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and complete simultaneous deadline projects
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of best practices in digital and media marketing, with proficiency in email marketing, social media, and web content development
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, WordPress, MOZ, and Act-On, and be familiar with tools such as BuzzStream, Track Maven, among others
  • Knowledge of the Higher Education industry is a very strong plus
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders
  • Ability to collaborate with others and work against shifting priorities
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks efficiently


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, digital marketing, communications, marketing, or related field
