As Director of Customer Success, Brian Leland works with both institution and vendor clients to align our research and expertise with their strategic initiatives. He brings over 15 years of experience in a variety of sales roles and industries handling account management and driving overall client success. Prior to joining The Tambellini Group, Mr. Leland spent three years with a global market research firm where he was responsible for driving analyst value and engagement through scheduled briefings, face to face meets, and targeted inquiry sessions. Additionally, he helped to scope and manage research consulting projects from idea through delivery with partners and stakeholders globally.
Mr. Leland holds a BA in Communications from Lycoming College in Williamsport, PA.
