2019 Ellucian Banner Survey Results

Client-Only Research

Why Read This Report

In December 2016, Tambellini released a Comparing an Ellucian Banner XE Upgrade to Workday Cloud ERP Migration publication as part of its Upgrade or Replace Series. Since both solution sets have evolved significantly since 2016, Tambellini updated that publication with its 2019 Comparison of Ellucian Banner to Workday Guide. As part of the research process, Tambellini issued a survey to Ellucian Banner client institutions and gathered data regarding current methods of deployment, current versions, five-year plans to remain with Banner or migrate to an alternate platform, interest in Oracle Cloud and Workday, and general comments.

Key Questions Answered:

  • How are institutions implementing Banner Student, Finance, and Human Resources?
  • When did institutions move to Banner 9?
  • Where do institutions plan to be with Banner in five years?
