As New England College found innovative ways to diversify its constituent base, the college now faced challenges with enrollment management and the student engagement. The decision was made to seek a new, consolidated enterprise solution to serve both undergraduate and graduate enrollment processes, despite the differences in business drivers and processes between the two segments. The college chose to transition to the Saleforce-based Enrollment Rx to modernize recruiting and admissions. For New England College, this partnership with Enrollment Rx has improved the student experience, as well as increased enrollment.
