Arizona State University experienced a bit of a bumpy start in its evaluation of a new centralized solution for its research organization. After an initial pilot was shut down, they examined three vendor solutions and landed on Click, now known as Huron Research Suite. It was a standout and still is. The institution has processed tens of thousands of proposals without a hiccup since implementation six years ago. ASU cites many best practices leading to success such as conducting end-to-end process evaluations, setting KPIs, reviewing data migration plan, and running sanity checks.
