Tallahassee Community College is consistently ranked as one of the top community colleges in the nation, enrolling more than 24,000 credit and noncredit students annually. TCC’s IT department developed a custom, early-alert system, called TEAMS, that enabled faculty to identify at-risk students. As TCC implements Workday Student, they are looking to provide a frictionless experience for faculty and other constituents. The early-alert system is the first use case to leverage the Workday Cloud Platform, due to its complexity and the desire to allow faculty to have ready access to early alerts from within Workday Student.
