Roles and Responsibilities

Dr. Gogia researches, advises, and publishes at the intersection of pedagogy, student experience, and academic technology. She has extensive experience in online learning design and faculty development across higher education, community, and professional learning contexts.

Professional Background

After seven years of running her own medical practice in rural Virginia, Dr. Gogia became committed to improving learning technologies when she was recruited by the Mayo Clinic to rebuild their digital learning platform for medical students.

Prior to joining The Tambellini Group, she served as the Director of LX Innovation at iDesign, where she conceived and edited the iDEA book, an open educational resource on digital instructional design for faculty and online learning professionals.
