In summer 2019, Arcadia was planning to replace its aging CRM with a modern platform. With a strategy in mind, Arcadia chose to deploy the Salesforce Education Data Architecture (EDA) and enlisted the assistance of a Salesforce implementation partner. When Arcadia’s services contract ended with its implementation partner, the team had not yet tested the integration maps or populated data into Salesforce. It became clear that the institution needed a new service partner who could support the team in implementing the integration maps while also training university staff members to manage and build more integrations in the future.
