Cambrian College needed a way to ensure that the institution was efficiently and effectively communicating with prospective students and constituents. In 2017, the institution sought an enterprise-wide constituent relationship management (CRM) solution. Cambrian College required a system with data integration capabilities and cross-departmental communication functionality. Frequency Foundry’s greymatter technology—greymatter Recruit and Admit, greymatter Retain, was selected by the college as its functionality was compatible with its requirements and vision and aligned well with the campus’s technology environment.
