Client-Only Research

Why Read This Research

In 2019 California College of the Arts began planning for its Workday Student implementation and identified some unmet needs that required a solution outside Workday’s offerings. Those needs included a way to collect online payments for goods and services outside of tuition payments. After extensive interviews across campus, the project team evaluated several solutions that could address the needs of cashiering, payment processing, and building access control. Ultimately the institution chose TouchNet as its vendor because of its solution and its priority of understanding the institution’s culture and requirements. Learn more about how CCA implemented the solution and the success of its new strategy to deploy cohesive, integrated enterprise systems that meet as many needs as possible.
