From a dissatisfying user experience to technical challenges, such as a slow-speed interface, Concordia University, Saint Paul (CSP) wanted to ensure the obstacles they faced with their legacy CRM did not occur with the new. In search of a solution that supported enrollment management’s entire lifecycle, CSP collaborated with student success stakeholders and staff to identify university requirements.
