When Johnson & Wales University (JWU) closed its campus in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, it needed to prepare for remote operations. In the past, the institution used a variety of videoconferencing solutions, but JWU now required a singular, more reliable infrastructure that could support the entire campus community. Impressed by Zoom for its dial-in capabilities, reliability, security features, and usability, JWU integrated the platform with its LMS system in 2020.
