Roles and Responsibilities

Sue leads the Tambellini Group’s Enterprise Information Systems practice, setting the research agenda and authoring numerous reports in her areas of expertise. She also assists in client engagements, supports client services, and presents on topics including data strategy, customs solutions, and working collaboratively with institutional research colleagues.

Professional Background

Sue has served higher education for over 30 years. In her most recent role as Director of Enterprise Information Systems at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, she was responsible for the development, implementation, and support of academic and administrative systems. Prior to working with colleges and universities, Ms. Spies was a public school teacher and an accountant.
