Sue Spies provides advisory services to institutions modernizing their CRM, finance, HCM, student, and auxiliary systems. She supports clients through the entire strategic procurement lifecycle, including assessments, vendor and implementation partner evaluations and selections, and contract negotiations.

Professional Background

Sue has served higher education for almost 30 years. Most recently, as director of enterprise information systems at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, she oversaw the development, implementation, and support of academic and administrative systems. Before her work in colleges and universities, Sue was a public-school teacher and an accountant.
