She has held leadership roles within universities and an educational technology firm where she partnered with institutions to assess the need for new solutions, evaluate how technology can advance strategic priorities, and determine the value of applications in streamlining processes and supporting the people responsible for institutional success.
Her work has included guiding ERP and CRM implementations, supporting digital transformation efforts, and developing enterprise and solution architecture services rooted in a strong understanding of business needs and human impact. Before joining Tambellini, Novita led global teams responsible for building capability models, strategic alignment frameworks, and modernization methodologies.
