The Future Campus Summit, hosted by Tambellini Group with a sponsorship by the University of California, Irvine, is an exclusive two-day retreat for 100 hand-selected, forward-thinking higher education executives. The Summit bridges research, industry, and higher education with thought-provoking keynotes, engaging panels, interactive workshops, and valuable networking in an intimate, luxurious setting at the Balboa Bay Resort in Newport Beach, California.  

The market and higher education are changing at an unprecedented pace. To survive, higher education institutions must embrace a culture of continuous improvement. This event is designed for the innovative leaders at higher education institutions who are looking to do just that. Attendees will gain actionable insights from Tambellini analysts, solution providers, and peers via keynotes, panels, and workshops—and a strong network of like-minded individuals.

The Future Campus Summit is being held January 17–18, 2024 at the Balboa Bay Resort in Newport Beach, California.

Over 30 thought leaders and inspirational speakers will be presenting at the event. It will be a mixture of Tambellini analysts, higher education institutions, and innovative solution providers. View our agenda for more information.

 

Cohorts will be assigned based on the results of a 10-minute, pre-Summit assessment that will be sent once attendance is confirmed. Cohorts will include a mix of institutions and leaders across IT and functional business units.

Check-in starts on the evening of Tuesday, January 16 at the pre-event networking reception. Check-in continues Wednesday, January 17 at 8:00 a.m.

The Summit will be held at the Balboa Bay Resort, and Tambellini has arranged for a special room block rate of $289/night. Registered attendees will receive instructions on how to book their room(s) after purchasing their tickets to attend the Summit.

The nearest major airport is John Wayne Airport (SNA) in Orange County, which is 6.5 miles from the Balboa Bay Resort in Newport Beach. A secondary option is Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), which is 45 miles from the resort.

This is an invitation-only event for higher education leaders such as Chancellors, Vice and Associate Chancellors, Provosts, CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, VPs of Enrollment, VPs of Advancement, and VPs of Student Success. 

Prices for Summit tickets are available on our pricing webpage. There is an early bird discount of 15% if you register prior to October 31, 2023. Tambellini Group clients are eligible for a 20% discount. Please contact Tambellini to receive the special discount code.

Those who are interested can purchase their tickets online. The process is simple and fast. We encourage you to attend with other leaders from your institution and register together to take advantage of group pricing. Minutes after you register, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your electronic ticket(s). 

We can only allow transfers on a very limited basis and with prior approval. Please contact us if you are unable to attend.
