Samantha (Sam) Singhal is the Sr. Director for Strategic Customer Engagement for State & Local Government and Education. In her role, Sam works closely with customers to improve product adoption and align the product roadmap with strategic customer priorities. Before joining Workday in January 2021, Sam was a Co-Deputy CIO at the University of Rochester (UR) where she led their implementation of Workday Student. UR was the first research-intensive (R1) institution and eighth customer to go-live on the Workday Student platform. Sam lives in Rochester, NY and is an empty nester who loves to travel.
