The Future Campus Summit will be held June 26–27, 2024 at the Convene 237 Park Avenue—a modern event facility that’s steps away from Grand Central Station in New York City.

The Official Opener and Reception will be held on Tuesday, June 25 at the Convene at 237 Park Avenue. Heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served and an open bar provided. Kickstart connections and engage with like-minded peers.

Accommodations

Summit attendees who purchase an event pass and hotel bundle will be staying at one of our nearby partner hotels. 

The Benjamin Royal Sonesta is a historic landmark that exudes old-world Manhattan with its classic décor, intimate boutique setting, and oversized, luxury rooms, providing a sense of sophisticated glamour. 

The Fifty Sonesta Select New York is defined by its timeless modern architecture, artistically appointed interior décor, and spacious spaces with residential amenities.

As of May 1, the Benjamin Royal Sonesta room block is full. Those who register after May 1 will be staying at the Fifty Sonesta Select. 

Traveling to Convene at 237 Park Avenue

Convene at 237 Park Avenue is located on Lexington Avenue between 45th and 46th Street near the following subway stations: 4,5,6,7,and S. If you are coming by subway into the Grand Central42 St. Station, use the Northeast exit.

For those traveling by air, New York City has three airports in close proximity to the event venue and hotel, including LaGuardia Airport, John F. Kennedy International Airport, and Newark Liberty International Airport.
