Alison has experience in both higher education and the private sector. Alison spent almost 20 years in institutional research, serving as the director at both Mount Holyoke College and Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where she oversaw data strategy, the modernization of reporting and analytics, and the elevation of data for strategic decision making. Before joining Tambellini, Alison was the Senior Director of Analysis and Research at HelioCampus, one of the leaders in the data analytics space, where she led a team of analysts and supported institutional clients working to modernize and streamline their data infrastructure and analytics. Alison is passionate about data as an institutional asset and how campuses can leverage data to evaluate their operations and strategic initiatives better, leading to efficiencies and improved student outcomes.
