Jordan Burris is a trailblazer in government innovation and digital trust, with over 15 years of experience transforming public sector technology. As Vice President and Head of Public Sector at Socure, he leads efforts to modernize digital identity and fraud prevention, guiding strategy, customer success, legal, compliance, and sales to help agencies deliver secure, seamless digital services.
Previously, he served as Chief of Staff in the White House Office of the Federal Chief
Information Officer, where he helped modernize federal IT, strengthen cybersecurity, and advance digital identity. He also oversaw key initiatives in cloud computing, zero-trust architecture, and AI while managing the federal technology budget.
A CISSP and CRISC-certified practitioner, Jordan serves on the boards of the Identity Theft Resource Center and the Kantara Initiative, where he helps shape identity standards and combat fraud. He is a proud graduate of Pennsylvania State University and a respected voice in digital identity.
