Previously, he served as Chief of Staff in the White House Office of the Federal Chief
Information Officer, where he helped modernize federal IT, strengthen cybersecurity, and advance digital identity. He also oversaw key initiatives in cloud computing, zero-trust architecture, and AI while managing the federal technology budget.
