Focusing on business operations, Karen Becker is a senior analyst at Tambellini Group. She supports higher education institutions by helping clients align technology solutions with institutional goals, advising them on enterprise systems strategy, integration, strategic planning, and project management. Karen partners with institutional stakeholders to evaluate their technology and operations, improve efficiency, and inform decision making across complex environments.

Karen brings more than 30 years of experience in higher education technology and administration. Prior to joining Tambellini, she served as Vice Chancellor of Strategic Enterprises for the Alabama Community College System, where she advised executive leadership, led enterprise system strategy, and established a Project Management Office to coordinate initiatives across 24 institutions. She also held leadership roles at the University of Georgia and Auburn University, overseeing enterprise systems, strategic planning, and cross-functional teams. Earlier in her career, Karen was a senior project manager at SunGard Higher Education (now Ellucian), leading large-scale system implementations and consulting with institutions nationwide.
