Susan Miltenberger
Associate Vice President and CIO
Towson University

Susan Miltenberger is the Associate Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Towson University. As AVP and CIO, she provides leadership and direction for the university’s information technology, with the primary goal of supporting student success. Susan is responsible for aligning TU’s digital transformation with future-oriented modernization goals, evolving the user experience and ensuring a secure and compliant technology environment across campus.

Susan has served in a variety of IT leadership roles over the past 20+ years and brings a design-thinking approach to solving problems. She has a passion for using technology to improve the way we work, teach and learn, and excels at building effective teams and partnerships to support IT initiatives. She has deep experience managing change initiatives and advocates for user-centered, inclusively designed technology solutions and services.
