The Future Campus™ Summit, hosted by Tambellini Group, will bring together higher education leaders who are aligning AI, data, and engagement to support efficiency, fiscal health, and student momentum. This executive retreat, in the heart of New York City, is curated to provide opportunities for cross-functional, cross-institutional, and cross-sector collaboration.

The Future Campus Summit is being held August 4–6, 2026 at the Convene 360 Madison Avenue in New York City.

Higher education thought leaders, industry experts, and innovative solution providers will present insights at the event.

You may provide this information when you register for the event through Eventbrite or contact our events team with details about your food allergies or dietary restrictions so we can provide necessary accommodations.

Check-in starts on Tuesday, August 4, at 6:00 p.m. at the Welcome Kick-Off at Convene 360 Madison Avenue in New York City. Check-in continues on Wednesday, August 5, at 8:00 a.m. A photo ID is required for entry.

Yes. We are committed to making the Summit accessible and welcoming to all participants. If you have specific accessibility needs, please include them in the Eventbrite form when you register. You may also contact our events team so we can make appropriate arrangements.

Attendees who select the Future Campus Event Pass with two hotel nights will automatically be booked at our partner hotel, InterContinental New York Barclay, at 111 East 48th Street, New York, NY, 10017. Hotel nights included are Tuesday, August 4, and Wednesday, August 5. You will receive additional information closer to the Summit event date in mid-July. 

New York City has three airports in close proximity to the event venue and hotel, including LaGuardia Airport, John F. Kennedy International Airport, and Newark Liberty International Airport.

Convene at 360 Madison Avenue is located at 360 Madison Avenue, Midtown East, New York 10017. Our partner hotel, InterContinental New York Barclay, is at 111 East 48th Street, New York, NY 10017.

Yes, if rooms are available. Contact us to request additional nights. We will check availability with the hotel and confirm whether your extended stay can be accommodated.

This year’s Summit is invite-only and scholarship-based. Attendees will not pay for their entry or hotel stay on August 4 and 5. A reception on August 4, as well as breakfast and lunch on August 5 and 6, are also included.

Once you receive an invitation with your scholarship code, you can register on the Future Campus Summit: Resilience By Design event page. Within a few minutes of registering, you will receive a confirmation email with your electronic ticket. You do not need the ticket to enter the event, but you must present a valid photo ID.

Registration transfers are not permitted without prior approval from Tambellini Group. If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
