According to research from the American Association of University Women, representation is one of the key factors perpetuating the gender gaps in STEM fields. Progress is slow, and there are still fewer women in STEM roles despite female students outnumbering male students in higher education enrollment for the past decade.

With this in mind, in October 2021, Tambellini Group launched the Women in Tech video series to highlight the phenomenal female technology leaders in higher education. From CIOs to Directors of Information Technology to Registrars and more, the series provides a platform that showcases the career paths, perspectives, and accomplishments of the women leading the technology strategy in higher education.

Tambellini is excited to feature these highly accomplished female leaders and provide our members and the higher education community with the opportunity to hear their advice for women in the field—whether they are just starting their careers or have several years of experience.

We invite you to explore our Women in Tech series and to watch for new guests each month. If you would like to feature a female technology leader on your campus, please contact our Media Relations Manager and series host, Elizabeth Farrell.
