Jordan Burris leads Socure’s public sector business, shaping strategy, partnerships, and innovation across more than 145 federal, state, and local public sector organizations. Jordan’s leadership is grounded in a career dedicated to public service, federal policy, and identity modernization. Before joining Socure, he served as Chief of Staff in the White House Office of the Federal Chief Information Officer, where he worked on government-wide IT policy, including identity management, cybersecurity, and digital service delivery. He learned firsthand how policy decisions translate into operational reality across federal agencies.
Jordan has spent years focused on identity as foundational to government, advocating for verification approaches that are accurate, scalable, and practical for real-world use. He also contributes to the broader identity ecosystem through board and advisory work with organizations such as the Identity Theft Resource Center. These roles reflect his commitment to standards-based governance, consumer protection, and responsible innovation.
