By completing your registration, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to the following Event Attendee Terms & Conditions.

Registration & Attendance

If your plans change, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss options.
 
If you are unable to attend the event, please contact our event team as soon as possible to discuss available options.
 
Registration transfers require prior approval from Tambellini Group and may be considered on a limited, case-by-case basis.
 
Because hotel accommodations are reserved in advance for attendees, cancellations or unapproved transfer requests may result in responsibility for the cost of reserved hotel nights that cannot be released or reassigned.
 

Professional Conduct

We ask all participants to help maintain a respectful and welcoming event environment.
 
Tambellini Group is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all event participants.
 
All attendees—including speakers, sponsors, volunteers, staff, and service providers—are expected to follow the Tambellini Group Events Code of Conduct to help ensure a positive and productive experience for everyone.
 

Photography, Recording, and Media

Event photography and recording may take place during the summit.
 
Photography, video, and audio recordings may occur during the event.
 
By attending, you grant Tambellini Group and its authorized vendors permission to capture and use recordings that may include your image, likeness, or voice for documentation, communications, and promotional purposes across various media platforms.
 
All recordings remain the property of Tambellini Group and may be used without compensation.

Your information is used to support event operations and communications.
 
Tambellini Group collects personal information during registration to support event operations.
 
Some information may be shared with event partners or sponsors for event-related communications. Sponsors may also share promotional or informational materials.

Legal & Administrative Information

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tambellini Group and its representatives are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising in connection with the event.
 
Participants agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and to indemnify Tambellini Group and its employees, agents, vendors, partners, and affiliates from claims arising from participation in the event, including claims related to illness such as COVID-19, to the extent permitted by law.
 
Tambellini Group reserves the right to modify event details—including content, speakers, schedule, or venue—if necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify attendees of any changes.
