As a principal analyst, Dr. Matt Winn leads research and advisory efforts with a primary focus on student systems, supporting institutions in optimizing the full student lifecycle and improving academic operations. His work also includes CRM systems, learning management systems (LMS), academic operations platforms, and other teaching and learning technologies. Matt specializes in translating complex technology landscapes into strategic guidance. He helps higher education clients select systems that enhance efficiency, enable integration, and support automation. His broad experience allows him to improve processes across campus and empower institutions to better serve their students.  

Dr. Matt Winn has become vetted in the education technology space with nearly 20 years of experience. Passionate about using technology to serve and improve education, he has led several modernization and implementation projects with student information systems, learning management systems, CRM, and other different student and academic systems. Before joining Tambellini Group, Matt served as a university VP of Information Technology and dean of Online Education at Dallas Baptist University. He has also worked in various roles, including Information Technology, Online Learning, Teaching, Admissions, and Student Affairs.
