As a senior analyst, Novita Rogers focuses her research across multiple higher education domains, including enterprise systems, student success platforms, enrollment management, and teaching and learning technologies. She collaborates closely with institutional leaders to define strategic roadmaps for modernization, facilitate vendor evaluation and selection, and build institutional buy-in.

Novita brings over two decades of experience leading technology and digital transformation initiatives in higher education. She has held leadership roles within universities and an educational technology firm where she partnered with institutions to assess the need for new solutions, evaluate how technology can advance strategic priorities, and determine the value of applications in streamlining processes and supporting the people responsible for institutional success.

Her work has included guiding ERP and CRM implementations, supporting digital transformation efforts, and developing enterprise and solution architecture services rooted in a strong understanding of business needs and human impact. Before joining Tambellini, Novita led global teams responsible for building capability models, strategic alignment frameworks, and modernization methodologies. Her work is known for bridging the gap between institutional strategy and operational execution—delivering technology solutions that serve people, improve processes, and drive long-term success.

Today, Michael leads the Product Strategy team responsible for determining market fit, competitive market intelligence, and overall product direction. Prior to joining Workday, Michael worked 16 years at Peoplesoft and Oracle in support of the Campus Solutions product in Product Management, Development, and Support. Michael has committed his professional career to the improvement of higher education management through the design and development of Student Information Systems.
